Our delicious Fresh Farm eggs are laid by healthy hens which are housed in specially designed layer cages which comply with the highest Australian standard for hen welfare (Model Code of Practice for the Welfare of Animals - Domestic Poultry 4th Edition 2002). This production system allows the farmer to closely care for individual hens on a regular basis and maintain the highest level of control over food, water, temperature and light in order to maximise the care of the hens. This environment provides optimal conditions for the production of safe, fresh and high quality eggs.
