These Free Range eggs are ‘Jumbo Plus’ proportioned, and like all Sunny Queen Free Range eggs, come from happy hens living in a spacious density of 1500 hens per hectare when outdoors.

The welfare of our hens is at the heart of our egg farming systems. With space to roam outside in the day and a cosy place to sleep in at night, it’s no wonder our free range chooks look so contented.
With only 1,500 hens per hectare, our chooks have six times more space than most other free range hens. This means they get lots of room to explore and play in the great outdoors.
Our team of farmers and specialist vets put the health of our hens at the top of the priority list. We maintain the highest welfare standards – which includes lots of cuddles!
Our farms have range enrichment programs to encourage our chooks to explore the full open spaces in the paddock. These jungle gyms are proving very popular with our chooks!
