Egg & Salmon Salad Wreath

Decorate the table with this eggs-travagent recipe!

  • 4 Sunny Queen Farms Free Range Eggs
  • Oak Leaf & Cos Lettuce, thinly chopped
  • 1 Cucumber, ribboned with a peeler
  • Smoked Salmon
  • Creme Fraiche
  • Chives, thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • Salt & Pepper, for seasoning
  • Step 1.

    Heat a small saucepan on medium heat and add Sunny Queen Free Range Eggs in the gently simmering water. Cook to your preferred liking and chop when cool.

  • Step 2.

    Arrange lettuce on a serving platter in a wreath shape.

  • Step 3.

    Top with radish, rolled cucumber ribbons, smoked salmon and chopped egg

  • Step 4.

    Add generous dollops of creme fraiche.

  • Step 5.

    Sprinkle with chives, salt, pepper and a drizzle of olive oil. Serve.
