Easter Bunny Salad
ingredients
- 1/2 Avocado, sliced into wedges
- 2 baby cucumbers
- 5 snow peas, sliced length-ways
- Dill & Basil
- Your choice of salad dressing
- Salt & Pepper
- For the Bunny:
- 1 Boiled egg
- Beetroot liquid.
- Currants
- Rosemary Sprigs

Method
step 1
Place your boiled eggs into beetroot liquid for 3-5 minutes. Remove, pat dry and set aside.

Arrange your salad in a bowl and top with dressing. Slice your egg into pieces and arrange your bunny in the centre of the salad. Enjoy!
