Preheat the oven to 170°c
Gently toast the white sesame seeds in a small pan over medium heat until they brown in colour
Add white sesame seeds, black sesame seeds, onion flakes, garlic powder, poppy seeds and salt into a bowl and mix well
Place seasoning mix into an air-tight container and set aside
Spray 2x12 muffin tins with cooking oil
Pour Sunny Queen 100% Egg Whites into the base of each cavity
Sprinkle a generous pinch of seasoning mix into the egg mixture and top with grated cheese
Bake at 170°c for 7 minutes
