Perfect for lunchboxes or a quick easy meal!

Ingredients
  • 1 Pouch Sunny Queen Farms 100% Egg Whites, (500g)
  • 40 g Spinach
  • 160 g Cherry Tomatoes
  • 80 g Fetta Cheese
  • Sea Salt & Pepper, for seasoning
Method
  • Step 1.

    Preheat the oven to 170°c

  • Step 2.

    Lightly grease a standard muffin tin

  • Step 3.

    Evenly divide spinach into 8 cups

  • Step 4.

    Chop cherry tomatoes in half and add to spinach, season with salt & pepper

  • Step 5.

    Crumble fetta on top and fill with Sunny Queen Farms 100% Egg Whites

  • Step 6.

    Bake at 170°c for 15-20 minutes
