- Add the berries and water to a small saucepan and set it over medium heat.
- Bring the mixture to a gentle simmer, stirring occasionally until it thickens into a compote.
- Remove from the heat and let it cool slightly.
- Place the pancakes in the toaster and heat for 1–2 minutes, until lightly golden.
- Arrange the warm pancakes on a serving plate.
- Spoon yoghurt over the top, followed by the berry compote and fresh berries.
- Finish with a sprinkle of hemp seeds and serve.
